💰 Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Consultancy Fees
All consultancy and advisory fees are payable in advance before service delivery.
2. Refund Eligibility
Once a service is confirmed and work has begun or been provided, no refunds will be issued. Refunds are only considered if we fail to deliver the agreed service within the agreed terms.
3. Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to connect@houseofconsultancy.in at least 7 days before any scheduled service. A partial refund may be issued at our discretion, depending on work already performed.
4. Dispute Resolution
All refund disputes will be reviewed by management, and decisions are final.
